Buckwheat mini pancakes with smoked salmon and caviar

- Preheat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spread 0.5 tablespoons of dough for each pancake. Fry for 1 minute, then turn over and fry for another 30 seconds until golden brown. Make about 40 pancakes, adding oil if necessary. Refrigerate. Li>
